MiSight® 1-day contact lenses are designed to slow down the progression of myopia and are suitable for myopic patients as young as eight years old.
What are MiSight 1-Day Contact Lenses for Myopia?
MiSight® 1 day contact lenses are soft, daily disposable lenses specially designed to reduce the progression of myopia. Lenses should then be worn throughout the day, for a minimum of six days a week.
The studies performed with the MiSight® 1 day contact lens have shown reduced myopia progression by up to 59% in those wearing the lenses for 10 hours a day, 6-days a week. Meaning, if the lenses are fitted early enough, most children will end up with less than half the strength of myopia than if fitted with a conventional contact lens or spectacles.
How Do I Know I Am Eligible for MiSight® 1-Day Contact Lenses?
To assess eligibility, it is important that an eye examination has been performed within the last 3 months, to ensure that your prescription falls within the correct range.
The MiSight® 1 day contact lenses are available in a range of prescriptions including lower ranges. Meaning we can fit these lenses to people of all ages to catch myopia in the early stages. This form of myopia management is not an approach that can be stopped and started. Once started, there is a commitment to continue with ongoing wear and maintenance of eye health.

A regular supply of MiSight® 1 day contact lenses
6-monthly contact lens check-ups
20% discount on spectacles (if needed)
